What You'll Do
- Deliver an outstanding first impression by welcoming and onboarding new patients with professionalism and genuine care.
- Capture photos and radiographs to support comprehensive treatment planning alongside our doctors.
- Present personalized treatment plans and transparent financial options, empowering patients to make confident decisions.
- Contribute to our social media presence and community outreach to help grow the practice brand.
- Manage a high-volume schedule of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and patient records with precision and efficiency.
- Verify insurance benefits and guide patients through coverage questions with clarity and empathy.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred, but a passion for patient care and a quick learning curve matter most.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to break down complex treatment and financial information clearly for any patient.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a paperless, tech-forward office.
- A genuine team-player mentality and positive, can-do attitude that elevates everyone around you.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
