Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, utilizing your mixology skills and beverage recipe knowledge.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments and giving correct change with basic math skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist in food service duties during busy periods, including serving dishes and clearing tables promptly.
• Support bar management by restocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to alcohol service regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in cocktail creation, mixology techniques, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and spirits handling.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables and drink orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant or banquet experience preferred; catering experience is a plus.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling.
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and beverage presentation techniques is highly desirable.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
