Hawkswood School is searching for Instructional Paraprofessionals and One to One Aides to work with students on the autism spectrum and students with multiple disabilities. Employment requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- RBT certification welcome
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a physical and drug screen, as well as a Department of Education criminal history background check

Paraprofessionals work closely with students under the direction of the classroom teacher and therapists in meeting each student's individual program goals through academics, functional communication and skills, social skills, and behavioral supports.
