Household Assistant

Job Summary

• Hiring cleaners for weekday shift Monday - Friday and this fall weekend shifts will be open
• Work out while you get paid, work independently while enjoying the view.
• Hiring to clean based on turnovers, deep cleans and wanting to do other jobs as there is always something to do
• Is Flexible, self-starter or is interested in developing these skills and pays close attention to detail
• Is reliable and has transportation
• Ability to communicate with others

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of units as guests leave, that also includes doing walk throughs before guests arrive
• Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
• Carry out floor care procedures including preserve flooring quality and appearance
• Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups
• Maintain cleanliness and keeping things orderly and must adhere to Seven Haws 5 star lodging standards and procedures
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Completing units Laundry and ability to keep things organized
• Ability to follow directions

Experience

• Prior janitorial or housekeeping is highly preferred not necessary
• Proven background in cleaning tasks and general sanitation
• Ability to be organized, following procedures, work as a team
• Knowledge of equipment operation, safety procedures and cross contamination
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple responsibilities effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
