Are you passionate about track & field or cross country and have coaching or competitive experience? Have you ever wanted to run your own youth sports program but weren't sure how to get started?
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, motivated individual who wants to build and lead their own track & field or cross country program. This is an opportunity to create something meaningful while receiving guidance and backend support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Launch and lead your own track & field and/or cross country program.
- Recruit athletes and build relationships with local families and schools.
- Plan and conduct practices and training sessions.
- Create a positive, encouraging environment for athletes of all skill levels.
- Grow your program within your community.

- Program startup guidance

Qualifications
- Experience in track & field and/or cross country (coach, athlete, or both)
