Duties

Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy
Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate calendar management for staff members
Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks
Support office management by handling supply inventory, organizing files, and maintaining office equipment
Provide clerical assistance such as typing correspondence, preparing reports
Assist with client service inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions and timely responses
Maintain a professional environment by practicing proper phone etiquette and organizational skills
Experience
Prior office experience or administrative support experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable
