Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX, for a Scheduling & Event Coordinator. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in wealth management and client service and serves as a stepping stone to future career growth within the firm.
The Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of scheduling and event coordination for both internal and client-facing engagements. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, communicating with clients and attendees, coordinating event logistics, and delivering a consistently high level of client service. The role requires close collaboration with advisors and team members to ensure meetings and events are executed seamlessly and professionally.
Time Allocation
- Ensure successful client meetings: 60%
- Ensure successful client events: 20%
- Ensure successful firm events: 5%

- Strong event planning and event management skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable in a support-oriented role focused on serving others
- Proficiency with scheduling and productivity tools (e.g., calendar software, Microsoft Office Suite)

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and master computer applications, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Desire to work in a professional business and office environment
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00a - 5:00p, with a one-hour lunch break
