Responsibilities
- Help families find life insurance solutions that fit their needs and financial goals
- Follow our Proven System with opportunities to advance into leadership within 90–180 days
- Meet with clients through scheduled appointments, with leads provided
- Work alongside agency leadership to establish and achieve individual and team production goals
- Participate in virtual and local training sessions and team meetings
- Build relationships and expand your network through community outreach, networking, and other lead-generation activities
- Present coverage options and help clients understand their policy choices
- Provide professional, responsive customer service and ongoing support

What We’re Looking For
- Active life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one—we provide licensing support
- Previous sales experience preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
