Our growing global beverage manufacturing client has an opening for a Maintenance Manager at their facility in the greater Baltimore, MD area. They are seeking a strong leader who can bring their vision to develop a new team. This is a key senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This facility is a two-shift operation with a total of 75 employees. This role offers a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu) with approximately one Friday per month. Company relocation assistance is available for this opportunity.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of 10-12 non-union salaried and hourly maintenance/technical professionalsAssist in diagnosing complex issues with equipment including conveyors, piping and packaging systemsEstablish and oversee the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliabilityManage repair schedules to minimize downtime and disruptionCollaborate with production teams to enhance operational efficiencyDocument maintenance and repair activities for future reference and complianceManage CapEx projectsCoordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and servicesBe a strong proponent of safety culture, training and adherenceKeep up-to-date with technological advancements in maintenance engineeringQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering or other related technical discipline5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment3 years of leadership experienceMust have demonstrated experience leading changeDemonstrate a continuous improvement mindsetReliability experience including building a PM programCapEx project experienceThere is a strong preference for beverage bottling experience, but not requiredSalary and BenefitsSalary Range $130,000 - $145,000Excellent benefits including: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance; 401kCareer - strong growth opportunities within the organization in other locations
