Seeking a talented Banquet Chef to oversee banquets at a 5-star hotel.
Qualifications
- 3 years related work experience
- Skills to effectively supervise and manage the department and meet goals.
- Clear understanding of financial obligations of the banquet operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead all banquet food production and execution — supervise planning, prep, cooking, and delivery of banquet menus; ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency for every function.
- Manage cost control and kitchen operations — monitor food and labor costs per event, oversee requisitioning and inventory, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and ensure proper equipment care.
- Support banquet events and team performance — collaborate with banquet and culinary teams, respond to guest and planner needs, train and supervise staff, and resolve operational issues during events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
