We represent governmental units, public agencies, investment banks and non-profit organizations. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years’ experience, or other experience in transactional law or health care law, will be motivated self-starters with excellent communication skills, a commitment to ethics and excellence, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. New York or New Jersey bar admission, or pending bar admission, is required.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week from home.
