High-Production Collision Combo Technician / Body Repair Technician
We're adding an additional full-time technician to support increased demand and planned growth. Experienced technicians are extremely difficult to find locally, so we are open to out-of-area candidates and are prepared to offer relocation assistance and guaranteed hours for the right person.
This role is ideal for a skilled, motivated technician who wants to be part of a growing, clean shop that is investing in people, equipment, and long-term stability.
The Opportunity
- Seeking a full Combo Technician or an experienced Structural / Body Repair Technician (no refinish required)
- High-production environment with 60 flag hours/week available during normal production flow
- Guaranteed minimum hours during onboarding to remove the risk of slow weeks
- Stable dealership-backed operation with long-term growth plans
Work Volume & Stability
We believe in being upfront:
- Peak demand periods are currently booked out 4–6 weeks
- Adding this position is a strategic hire to support faster cycle times and expanded marketing
To ensure stability during ramp-up:
- Guaranteed minimum hours for the first 90 days
- Strong long-term earning potential as volume increases
Pay & Earning Potential
- Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience and production (upper-market rates for qualified technicians)
- Guaranteed bi-weekly minimum during onboarding period
- High producers have the opportunity to earn $100,000 annually once fully ramped
Relocation Assistance
- Relocation assistance available for qualified out-of-area candidates (Paid in installments with a retention agreement)

Facility & Equipment
- Modern collision center opened in 2019 and meticulously maintained
- In-floor heat & air conditioning for year-round comfort
- Downdraft, baking paint booth
- PPG Envirobase waterborne paint system
- Proper equipment and processes—no shortcuts
Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble vehicles and inspect for hidden damage
- Collaborate with estimator/manager during blueprinting to build accurate repair plans
- Perform high-quality body repairs to industry and OEM standards
- Complete repair documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate repair status clearly with management
- Meet target completion dates without sacrificing quality
- Follow all company safety procedures
Additional Responsibilities for Combo Technicians:
- Mix and tint paint for accurate color match using PaintManager XI and PPG DigiMatch
- Refinish vehicles using PPG Envirobase waterborne products

This role is intended for experienced Combination Technicians or Body Repair Technicians and is not a good fit for entry-level candidates or those just starting in the industry.

Pay: $55, $150,000.00 per year
