What You’ll Do (If You’re Good):

Own the lane — greet every customer like they’re your #1

Build trust by listening, explaining, and never overselling

Write accurate ROs that keep techs productive and customers happy

Collaborate with the shop to move ROs through with urgency and quality

Manage your metrics: HPRO, gross profit, RO count, and hours sold
-
Make follow-up calls that show we care — not just close the loop

Keep your desk and your attitude clean, organized, and dialed-in
What You Bring to the Table:
-
At least 1 year of experience as an automotive service advisor
-
GM experience preferred — not required, but you'll ramp up faster
-
You can walk the walk with RO metrics and CSI
-
You know your way around X-Time, Dealertrack, or you learn fast
-
You’re calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and never leave a customer hanging
