As a Tax Partner, you will:
- Lead and manage tax engagements
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the office operations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and participate in the growth and development of team members
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s reach
- Confirm the satisfaction and retention of key accounts
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, and professional standard
- Provide high level strategic, financial, and business advice
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certification
- Ten or more years of related experience working with small businesses and high net worth
- Previous experience with trust returns preferred
- Leadership or partner-level experience
- Business development experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of tax regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and accounting software packages
