We’re a fast-growing manufacturer of buildings and livestock equipment, expanding rapidly across North America. To support our growth, we’re looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team and help elevate our customer service and dealer network.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Houghton, Iowa, with travel required to support dealer development, customer relationships, and sales growth. You'll represent a respected brand in the construction and ag industry—ideal for individuals passionate about customer service, sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers, prospects, and end users—managing product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing customers.
- Actively pursue and develop new dealer partnerships to grow our distribution network.
- Identify and close sales opportunities with confidence and professionalism.
- Travel as needed to attend trade shows, visit dealers, and support customer relationships.
- Leverage social media and other outreach channels to engage prospects and support marketing efforts.
- Operate as a self-starter while staying aligned with company goals and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales experience and/or background in construction or agriculture is highly valuable.
- Proven ability to work independently while driving results.
- Comfortable with regular work travel (regional and occasional national trips).
- Proficiency in using social media to engage customers and generate leads.
