The Executive Chef is responsible for all culinary activities for the restaurant. This position will oversee all activity in the kitchen, plan menus, oversee product purchasing and manage the culinary budget. Will supervise, hire and train all kitchen employees to provide and prepare quality meals focusing on timing, portions, quality and sanitation/cleanliness. Follow through on guest complaints, respond quickly and take corrective actions to ensure guest satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years’ experience operating a full-service kitchen along with banquet experience.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
