We’re currently seeking a Fire Protection Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a central role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting technicians in the field, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and inbound calls.
- Create and manage service tickets, work orders, and parts sales in QuickBooks.
- Coordinate technician schedules and provide administrative support for field operations.
- Maintain organized customer records, service history, and safety documentation.
- Assist customers with parts inquiries and orders; ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Support the office team with additional operational and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or service coordination experience (fire protection, construction, service industry or similar industry preferred).
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and general computer systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with both office staff and field technicians.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
