Position Overview
Application Deadline: August 9, 2026.
Job Title: Regional County Director - South.
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Pay Range: $35.03 - $40.36 hourly depending on education and experience.
Position Goal
HACAP is an organization that families turn to in Eastern Iowa. We are seeking a Regional County Director to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for representing HACAP in the community and leading operations in the southern region of our service area. The Regional County Director will coordinate services across the region and work with county teams to ensure neighbors receive the resources and support they need to improve their stability and well-being.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Services, Communications, or a related field with two years of relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance.
- Reliable transportation for use on the job.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings.
