Account Executive, Intel

HawkEye 360 is currently seeking a Director, USG Enterprise Integration to join the USG Team. The USG team leads HawkEye’s end to end capture and execution of USG business. The Director, USG Enterprise Integration will be responsible for forging the path to the integration of HE360’s capabilities into the USG at an enterprise level. Reporting to the General Manager, Intel, the Director, USG Enterprise Integration will leverage their extensive knowledge and network to maximize HE360’s mission support across the entire USG RF enterprise.

As the Director, USG Enterprise Integration, your main responsibilities will be:

• Represent HawkEye’s interests in relevant forums and organizations influencing USG commercial RF policy. 
• Cultivate key end-user group demand and usage of HE360 capabilities.
• Identify, refine, and communicate key USG use-cases for HE360 capabilities.
• Develop and execute an overall strategy for integration of HE360 capabilities across USG TCPED. 
• Facilitate coordination on key commercial RF issues across relevant USG organizations. 
• Identify, shape, and secure contract vehicles for the enterprise integration of commercial RF capabilities into the USG RF enterprise.
• Identify and shape opportunities to achieve budgets across USG organizations to maximize HE360’s support for key USG missions.   
• Coordinate closely with HE360 government relations team to develop and execute HE360’s congressional and executive engagement strategy.   

Your skills and qualifications:
Essential education and experience:

• Deep familiarity with the policy environment surrounding the USG’s use of commercial RF capabilities.
• An established network of relevant USG contacts involved in establishing commercial RF policies and acquisitions. 
• Intimate knowledge of USG RF TCPED processes, programs, and systems. 
• Bachelor's Degree or higher and at least 15 years of combined USG operational, programmatic, or policy experience applying RF to meet mission needs, or equivalent experience
• Experience in applying low earth orbit sensing systems to meet Department of Defense of Intelligence Community mission needs.  
• Critical thinking and clear written and verbal communication skills. 
• Grounding in basic radio frequency principals. 
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• A willingness to be “on site” at the Herndon office, customer locations, or secure facility at least 60% of the time. 

Desirable:​​​​​​

• Experience in USG interagency forums involved in commercial RF policy. 
• Intimate understanding of USG commercial RF export consideration and approval processes. 
• TechSIGINT/ELINT experience. 
• USG polygraph
• Experience executing and growing firm fixed price programs with the USG
• Experience applying RF capabilities to combatant command mission needs. 

Base Salary Range: $185,000 - $230,000 annually, plus bonus

HawkEye 360 offers a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and benefits. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate's work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations. We are also open to considering candidates with experience and qualifications at a different level than required in a job posting, which may affect the compensation package offered.
