Job Description:
The Wash & Paint Prep position is responsible for working with the team to complete the cleaning process and ensure timely coordination of trailers through the prep and pre-paint process. This role ensures that trailers are completely cleaned and dried in the pre-paint process.
Key Responsibilities
Production Flow Management
- Ensure trailers are completely cleaned and drying to meet the expected paint rotation timeline
- Monitor and manage the movement of trailers through the prep process from prep to paint completion
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or prep operations preferred
- Proven ability to problem-solve and think ahead
- Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and accountability

Hours: Monday - Friday (Saturday's as needed)
6:00am - 2:45pm or until job is done
Pay: $16-$20/ hour based on experience
