ROLE
This Account Executive role will require a "Hunting" mindset. This requires assertiveness, high sociability, and low dependence. Must be a Quick Starter, with ability to absorb rejection while independently prospecting. Natural sense of urgency and is willing to take risks. Utilize strategic and consultative selling tactics (Research, Email, phone calls & in person meetings) to maximize sales and profits of foodservice equipment projects. The AE is to act as a vested business partner for new clients through innovative, creative, and appropriate recommendations to meet their goals and objectives.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members, that promote loyalty, collaboration, and increased revenue between clients and the company.
- Secure new client accounts.
- Ascertain client needs through observation and listening, then recommend appropriate solutions.
- Be a strategic and innovative partner to clients.
- Communicate client’s needs to sales team for creation of quote proposals and send to clients.
- Establish and attend regular meetings with clients.
- Utilize vendors, manufacturers, and internal resources to best meet client needs.
- Remain current on product knowledge through attendance of sales meetings, vendor training, reading industry related publications, and participating in industry related professional organizations which may take place on an evening or weekend.
- Committed to growth in understanding of foodservice industry.
- Address customer issues with customer operations, accounting, warehouse, or other company personnel or vendors, when necessary, in a professional and prompt manner.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or Culinary Degree preferred, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
- Must complete CFSP Test within first 3 years of employment.
- 2 years business-to-business sales experience.
- 2 years industry-related experience preferred.
- 5 years sales experience in foodservice/hospitality management and/or foodservice sales preferred.
Salary : $45,000 - $120,000
