Position Overview
We are hiring bilingual Customer Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a face-to-face environment. The role centers on engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right wireless and internet solutions.
Language Requirement
- Spanish required (conversational is acceptable)
- Must be comfortable switching between English and Spanish in real-time conversations
Core Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with customers in person
- Identify needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Break down wireless plans, devices, and promotions clearly
- Guide customers through the decision and enrollment process
- Maintain a high-energy, professional presence throughout the day
