Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and assist with check-in and registration
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage multi-line phones with professionalism and warmth
- Enter patient information accurately into dental software
- Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Collect and post payments, including credit card transactions
- Monitor and interpret data for scheduling and workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- Experience with dental office systems and MS Office
- Familiarity with insurance verification and claims (preferred)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Friendly, professional, and patient-first mindset
Preferred Traits:
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with social media and basic marketing (a plus!)
- Coachable and open to feedback in a fast-paced setting
Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday through Friday
- Daily hours vary to serve patients more effectively
