Responsibilities
- Support engineering design evaluations and assist in project execution activities
- Participate in bid processes, including Invitation to Tender (ITT) development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection
- Assist in sourcing and coordination of long-lead equipment and materials
- Coordinate development of key project deliverables and planning documentation
- Support project issue resolution and change management processes
- Track and help manage assigned project scope to ensure alignment with objectives, schedule, and budget
- Interface with contractors and internal teams to ensure design and construction meet specifications and standards
- Assist in ensuring smooth transitions between project phases
- Provide technical support to engineering and project teams
- Review reports related to production, maintenance, and system performance to identify issues
- Support compliance with industry standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Assist Project Manager and provide backup support as needed

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to work in team-based, multi-disciplinary environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
