We are hiring a Commercial Roofing & Exteriors Sales Executive focused on commercial business development, relationship building, and closing high value exterior and roofing projects throughout Southern California.

This is not an entry level sales role.

This is not a hand holding role.

This is not a place for people who need motivation every morning.

We are looking for self driven hunters who already know how to create opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for:

• Self generating commercial leads and relationships

• Prospecting property managers, commercial owners, hotels, industrial properties, HOAs, and facilities

• Building long term client relationships

• Selling commercial roofing, roof coatings, waterproofing, exterior restoration, and maintenance services

• Managing your pipeline and driving revenue

• Working directly with ownership in a fast moving environment without layers of corporate bureaucracy

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of commercial business development or commercial sales experience

• Hunter mentality required

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Comfortable prospecting and generating your own opportunities

• Ability to operate independently without constant supervision

• Roofing, coatings, waterproofing, construction, facilities maintenance, HVAC, or exterior experience is highly preferred

• Existing property management or commercial relationships are a major plus
