Bilingual (Spanish/English) PCTRP Clinician in Partnership with HAWC

HAWC Healing Abuse Working for Change
Salem, MA Full Time
POSTED ON 3/25/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 4/23/2026
HAWC is seeking Spanish-speaking clinicians to collaborate with us in our Parent-Child Trauma Recovery Program (PCTRP)!

This program provides dyadic, play/expression-based therapy for children ages 2-12 years old and their protective parent following their experience of domestic abuse. This program typically spans 12 weeks, though we remain flexible to address individual client needs. It focuses on helping families process trauma related to domestic abuse, while fostering coping skills and strengthening the parent-child bond. Key goals include improving the parent-child relationship, developing trauma coping strategies, and reducing trauma symptoms in the child.

HAWC offers client referrals and provides bi-weekly group supervision with an LICSW Program Coordinator/Clinician, and bi-weekly consultation with the client’s Domestic Violence Advocate and Director of Legal Services. Clinicians enter into a contract with HAWC and are compensated for training, consultation, and group supervision time at an agreed-upon hourly rate. Clients may use their insurance, or if necessary, full scholarships are available through HAWC. Therapy may take place in the clinician’s office or at HAWC’s locations in Lynn or Salem. Clinicians are asked to commit to managing two cases on an ongoing basis.
