Electronic Services Associate

The primary role of an Electronic Services Associate is to ensure that the delivery of Electronic Payments, Wire Transfers, Bill Payments, and Instant Payments are timely, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Payment Processing

• Initiate, verify, and execute payments.
• Ensure payments are delivered promptly according to specified deadlines.

Monitoring and Reconciliation

• Monitor daily activities to detect and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile with internal records.

Member Service/Support

• Assist members with related inquiries and issues.
• Offer solutions to our members.
• Handle returns and adjustments efficiently to minimize impact on members.
• Investigate and resolve transaction errors and exceptions.

Compliance and Regulation

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about the industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance expertise.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports.
• Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with the payments.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position at a financial institution or an equivalent role is preferred.
• Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• High School (High school diploma) or equivalent.

Minimum Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Sit for prolonged periods at a desk, working on a computer.
• Reach, bend, twist, and turn frequently.
• Lift, pull, push, and carry up to 30 pounds on occasion.

Benefits and Pay

The expected pay range for the Electronic Services Associate position is $21.36 to $22.55 per hour.

This pay reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on typical qualifications and market data. The pay offered may vary depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
