Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management.
- Proven experience managing high performing teams.
- Understanding of branch operations management, member service, digital banking, and consumer lending.
- Knowledge of digital banking platforms and online banking systems.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Familiarity with service analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in branch management or regional leadership, preferably in financial services
- Experience managing hybrid or multi-channel banking branches.
- Change Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prosci) in a tech-forward environment or certifications in change management or project management.
- Demonstrated community outreach and relationship management within the financial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the performance of hybrid branch managers, ensuring achievement of team sales, service, and operational goals.
- Implement and oversee change management initiatives to optimize branch operations and digital banking integration.
- Utilize service analytics, observations, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance member and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong bank relationships and community outreach programs to support business growth and brand presence.
- Coordinate branch audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive business planning efforts including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation for the region.
- Leverage Salesforce and online banking systems to monitor sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and improve digital sales strategies.
- Support consumer lending and member services teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and superior retail banking experiences.

Benefits and Pay:
The expected pay range for a AVP Regional Manager - Hybrid Branches is $113,430.87 to $145,000/ year.
