Duties
- Safely operate a Non-commercial box truck
- Load and unload plants and nursery materials using pallet jacks or manual handling techniques .
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow established delivery routes efficiently, maintaining punctuality and professionalism at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or special instructions.
- Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory , organizing shipments, or preparing orders.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs
Requirements
- Experience in driving Automatic Transmission box trucks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks is a plus
- Good communication skills to coordinate your deliveries and interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Ability to move plants and nursery supplies safely using appropriate handling tools and techniques.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
