Duties

- Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, stoves, ovens, and other culinary tools.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation, ensuring timely service during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking areas to meet health regulations.
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring presentation meets expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable.
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant experience demonstrating strong kitchen skills.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
