Position Summary

As a Homemaker, you’ll bring comfort, organization, and a friendly presence into clients’ lives. You’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and uplifting home environment so they can remain independent and enjoy each day with peace of mind. What You’ll Do

• Perform light housekeeping: sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, dishwashing, trash removal
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping or meal planning
• Run errands or accompany clients for appointments or shopping
• Provide companionship through conversation, games, or shared activities
• Monitor home safety and report concerns to agency leadership
• Respect privacy and maintain confidentiality (including HIPAA compliance)
• Accurately record services provided using our agency system (AxisCare)

What We’re Looking For

• Age 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in housekeeping, caregiving, or hospitality a plus
• Strong communication skills in English
• Physically able to perform household tasks and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if errands are part of duties)
• Reliable access to a smartphone and ability to use mobile apps for timekeeping, care notes, and team communication
• Able to pass a background check and TB clearance per Hawaii law (HAR
• 11-700)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. At this time, we are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas.
