Team Leader - Tanning & Wellness Spa

This position is ideal for you if you are a people-person. You must be comfortable being outgoing with clients, professional, courteous, and have the ability to offer/make sales. As a Team Leader, you will set an example of excellence to lead your team by example.

You will ensure the salon is covered with staff as we must always be open during business hours, ensure the salon is kept clean according to company standards and NYS regulations, report all maintenance issues, ensure your salon is contributing weekly social media content to our staff-participation marketing, provide our clients with 5-star customer service, drive sales to beat daily sales goals, and recommend the best membership and products to meet their needs. Previous sales experience is a plus. In between customers, you will complete daily tasks, clean equipment after each use, and maintain a clean, sanitized salon.

For your work schedule: Team Leaders must have open availability, meaning you are available to be scheduled anytime within our business hours: Monday-Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm.
