As a Team Leader, you will provide our clients with 5-star customer service, and recommend the best membership and products to meet their needs. Previous experience in sales/upselling is a plus. Previous supervisor/management experience required. Some of the Team Leader responsibilities include: Leading by example, following company policies and implementing them with your staff, beating sales goals, banking, assuring all shifts are covered during business hours of operation, training staff, keeping upper management updated on any salon maintenance/supplies needed, assuring salon is kept clean and sanitized, delegating and verifying daily tasks have been completed by staff.
