Coffee Systems Hawaii, a division of Hawaiian Cool Water, has been in business on Oahu since 1952 and continues to grow and expand.
The Coffee Route Sales position delivers to contracted accounts on their route to retain and grow their recurring orders for coffee and breakroom supplies. The position also requests referrals and engages new prospects for regular service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and deliver coffee and breakroom supplies to current customers with enthusiasm and a smile
- Stock and organize breakroom at customer
- Clean the coffee and water machines to keep them sanitary and functioning well
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers, creating a foundation of trust and satisfaction
- Grow orders and solicit referrals from existing accounts
- Engage potential new accounts
- Maintain and count inventory in warehouse and delivery van
Who we are:
Hawaiian Cool Water & Coffee Systems Hawaii merged in 2018 to form Hawaii’s leader in providing businesses with coffee, water, ice and other break room products.
Candidate requirements:
- A LOVE of providing excellent service
- Clean driving record (some minor speeding tickets are okay)
- Highly motivated, positive self-starter able to balance multiple responsibilities
- A working knowledge of Oahu roadways and businesses
- Ability to perform continual lifting on the route and in warehouse environment
- Able to maintain warehouse and vehicle organization, inventory, and cleanliness
- Flexibility to adapt to multiple tasks outside of “normal” duties
- MUST be able to pass background checks for access to secure environments (military bases, airport, and other secure facilities)
What to Expect:
This is a full-time, COMMISSION BASED position with a small and growing business with lots of room for new opportunities. Benefits include health insurance (100% subsidized option for the employee), dental insurance, paid vacation and sick time, as well as numerous other company "perks" (free coffee!).
We do not offer customers service outside of normal business hours M-F. However, this position may require working more than 40 hours (especially when you are new and still learning) to ensure the job is done right.
Company Vehicle! After 90 days on the job, you will drive the delivery vehicle home and to work. Gas and vehicle maintenance costs 100% covered by the company! (You are expected to keep it clean and take it to the regularly scheduled maintenance appointments)
Schedule:
- 7:30am to 4:30pm w/ occasional extra time as needed
- Monday to Friday
