Part-Time Custodial - Day Porter

Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island.

• Position: Day Porter - Custodial
• Location: Honolulu, HI 96813
• Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (37.5 hours weekly)
• Compensation per hour: $17.50
  
  
  

Key responsibilities/requirement include:

• Cleaning and maintaining the location space, which involves:
• Sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing
• Cleaning restrooms and storage areas
• Removing trash and replacing liners, disposing of waste in designated areas
• Restocking supplies
• Performing other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor
• Candidates must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach (including overhead), grasp objects, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stoop, stretch, press, push, pull, carry, and lift a minimum of 20 lbds.
• Must pass HBM prescreen check
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
