We are seeking a qualified individual with cleaning experience preferred. Reporting directly to the supervisor or the Account Manager-Janitorial, the Custodian plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of various facilities, such as schools, offices, medical buildings, and other public or private buildings. Their primary responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment. Custodians are also tasked with emptying recycling bins/trash receptacles, restocking supplies, and may perform minor repairs or maintenance tasks as needed based on assigned work site. They may be required to set up or break down furniture for events and ensure that all areas are secure after cleaning. A successful custodian should possess attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, contributing to the overall upkeep and functionality of the building.

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Custodian to join our Mobile Workforce Projects team. Reporting directly to the supervisor or the Account Manager-Janitorial, this role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of a diverse range of facilities, including schools, offices, medical buildings, and other public or private spaces. Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces,sanitizing to uphold a hygienic environment, emptying trash receptacles, restocking supplies if needed, and operating various cleaning equipment such as buffer machines, ride-behind machines, side-by-side machines, floor scrubbers, shampoo carpet machines, leaf blowers, and pressure washers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team, floating to various assigned work sites, valid Hawaii driver's license preferred, contributing to the overall upkeep and functionality of each building. Cleaning experience is preferred.

We are seeking a Custodian - Site Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cleaning and maintenance activities within a designated building. This role involves managing a team of custodians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include scheduling staff shifts, performing inspections to assess cleanliness, providing training for custodial staff, communicating by phone and email, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies/equipment. The role also serves as the primary point of contact between the custodial team and building management, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential to effectively manage the team and ensure a clean and safe environment for all occupants. Candidates must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and previous hands-on janitorial/maintenance supervisor experience.

  • Building Maintenance and Engineering:


We are seeking a qualified individual with industry experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Building Engineer or the Account Manager-Engineering, the Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Floater will be tasked with general maintenance and repairs of facility equipment and property structures, as well as grounds maintenance and may floating to different locations. Candidates must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license, reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, proficiency in light plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and painting/drywall, all tasks must be performed in accordance with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations.

  • Ability to Commute: Varies based on assigned work site.
  • Schedule: Varies by assigned location (Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM - subjective to emergencies: after hours, weekends and holidays)
  • Hourly pay rate: $18.00 - $26.00


We are looking for a talented Maintenance Painter/Drywall Technician to become a part of our team. This position entails a range of responsibilities, including painting, texturing, drywall repair, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess: detail oriented, excellent hand-eye coordination, a valid driver's license (preferred), reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, adherence to EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively is essential.

  • Ability to Commute: Kakaako (Honolulu, HI)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Hourly pay rate: $23.00 - $25.00


The Guest Services and Traffic Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, organized, and welcoming arrival experience for residents, guests, and visitors at the hotel. This role involves assisting with luggage transport, managing pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the porte-cochère, and facilitating a seamless flow of arrivals and departures, all while adhering to ADA accessibility and safety standards.The ideal candidate will possess: detail oriented, excellent hand-eye coordination, a valid Hawaii driver's license is required, prior experience in hospitality and/or related experience, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively is essential. Fluency in English is essential; however, proficiency in English and Japanese, verbal, reading and writing, is highly preferred.

  • Ability to Commute: Waikiki (Honolulu, HI)
  • Employment Type/Schedule: Full-time 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or Part-time 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Hourly pay rate: $20.00 - $24.00
