Are you a skilled Maintenance individual looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic commercial environment? We are seeking a dedicated candidate to join our team and ensure our facilities remain in top-notch condition.

• Location: Oahu (Honolulu, HI)
• Schedule: Varies (5 days, 40 hours a week)
  
  
  

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:00AM to 2:30PM, Friday and Saturday: 6:00AM to 2:30PM or 6:30AM to 3:00PM

• Hourly Pay Rate: $22.50
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs in common areas including the lobby, restrooms, offices, and closet spaces.
• Maintain and clean three to six feet deep swimming pool using a pool net and vacuum, and perform temperature readings for both cool and heated pools.
• Perform drywall repairs and painting to keep the premises looking pristine.
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks efficiently.
• Utilize your Certified Pool Operator (CPO) skills to maintain pool quality and safety. CPO is not required but willing to learn and train.
• Communicate effectively using a 2-way radio to coordinate tasks.
• Accurately log work data and maintain records.
• Take responsibility for maintenance across 20 floors, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and residents.
  
  
  

Skill and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must successfully pass prescreen check.
• Ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
• Proven work experience in a maintenance role or related fields.
• Certified Pool Operator certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Physically capable of carrying, lifting, pushing, or pulling 50 to 75 pounds, as well as standing for long stretches and performing tasks like stretching, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and pressing.
• Competence in safely and effectively operating cleaning equipment.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training for the position.
• Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
