This role requires no oversight. The Elite / Lead technician makes aligned field decisions, protects HBM standards, resolves conflict professionally, and elevates team performance.
Safety Responsibilities
At the Elite / Lead level, safety becomes leadership behavior. This technician sets the tone for safe operations, corrects unsafe practices, escalates systemic risks, and protects HBM from preventable liability.

- Communicate regularly with fixed assets at each location

- Mentor technicians and build cohesive team standards
- Proven excellence as a Technician II
