Position Overview:
As an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member you'll bring the Aloha spirit to life by providing exceptional customer service. But that's not all - we believe in cross-training our team members to have a diverse set of skills. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
- Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
- Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference.
- Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time.
- Service roles may include (but are not limited to): Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runners,
Drive-Thru (Indoor & Outdoor) and Parking Lot Director
- Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Cook – responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
