Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish
• Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Assist with meal assembly, plating, and presentation to meet restaurant standards
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
• Support team members during busy service times by efficiently managing food prep and line duties
• Adhere to dietary guidelines and assist with menu planning based on customer preferences and nutritional requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while upholding excellent food handling practices
• Greet guests and take orders efficiently and quickly
• Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests

Skills

• Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and safety standards
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within restaurant or catering settings
• Proficiency in culinary techniques including knife skills, food safety practices, and fine dining presentation
• Knowledge of menu planning, food industry standards, and kitchen operations enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and serving guests effectively
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for food service, catering experience, or restaurant work that showcases your dedication to delivering exceptional meals

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
