Position Summary
The Operations Supervisor/Specialist will be responsible for performing both administrative and clinical tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS). This role is based on the island of Maui onsite in our AIS.

Responsibilities
Receive and manage medication deliveries and intake for AIS
Oversight of AIS inventory management of supplies, AED, Refrigerator Temp, and Pump Maintenance.
Schedule patient appointments, coordinate with the pharmacy operations team, medical providers, and nursing team.
Assist with patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs).
Provide support for patient education and ensure patient comfort.
Prepare treatment rooms and medical equipment for patient use.
Assist with patient intake and documentation, including medical histories and vital signs.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with all medical and administrative staff.
Other duties assigned to ensure continuity of AIS operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with medical billing procedures is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be reliable, compassionate, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) background preferred.
