Experienced Audio/Visual Installation Technician – Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled and reliable technician experienced in commercial audio/visual installation and maintenance. This is an immediate full-time opening for candidates who take pride in precision, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality AV solutions.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Install, terminate, and test various low-voltage cabling, including but not limited to Cat5/6, audio, video, and control cables
- Mount and install AV equipment such as displays, projectors, intercoms, equipment racks, and speakers in accordance with specifications and industry best practices
- Accurately interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards, client expectations, and project timelines
- Collaborate with team members and clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AV and low voltage installation
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, cable termination, and signal testing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Valid Hawaii driver’s license required
- Familiarity with Hawaii’s local building codes and AV environments is a plus
- Must be able to pass drug screening.
- Clean driver's abstract required - no exceptions.
- Must be able to pass government background check.
- You will be required to use ladders and scissors for work heights 20' or more.

Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
