Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information on available storage options
- Process rental agreements, payments, and manage customer accounts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer information is up-to-date
- Support the facility’s cleanliness and security by conducting regular checks
- Meet or exceed sales and occupancy goals through proactive customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role (retail, hospitality, or related field preferred)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
