Responsibilities:
- Sales and Profitability:
- Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to address any shortfalls.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve sales processes and enhance customer experience.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by the team.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Train staff on customer service techniques and product knowledge.
- Team Management:
- Support the Sales Manager in recruiting, training, and developing sales associates.
- Schedule and manage daily operations, including staffing and task assignments.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in planning and executing visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.
- Ensure that displays are regularly updated to reflect current trends and promotions.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Assist in conducting regular stock takes and managing inventory discrepancies.
