RENT SUBSIDY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) is seeking a Rental Assistance Administrator to manage the Section 8 Subsidy Program Branch. The incumbent of the position will be responsible for overall administration of the Branch operations to include eligibility screening, housing subsidy assistance, housing choice voucher issuance, eligibility screening, housing assistance payments, housing quality standards, and client and landlord customer service.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education:Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelors
degree preferably in business administration, real estate, public administration, social work or related field.
Specialized Experience: Five (5) years of professional experience in public housing administration, real estate management, or related field
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years of supervisory experience in the field of public housing administration, real estate management or related field.
