Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluation for adult patients
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric/behavioral health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based upon evidence-based practices, patient needs, preference and medical history.
- Prescribe and manage medications, closely monitoring efficacy and side effects.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters, treatment plans and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
Education Requirements:
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in specialty
