Key Responsibilities:
- Function independently, maintaining a clinical practice that includes outpatient behavioral health consultations, short-term therapy, and health coaching, in a model that integrates behavioral health into a primary care setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
Education Requirements:
- Doctorate from an APA-approved Clinical or Counseling Psychology program and Internship required
- PsyD or PhD-level Clinical Psychologist
- LCSW
