Group & VIP Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Group & VIP Experience Specialist to join our Sales Team. Previous experience with Hawaii’s visitor industry, hotel catering or events, and sales experience in destination management is preferred but not required. This position requires an effective team player who demonstrates strong initiative and is goal driven.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Developing, conceptualizing, and proposing custom experiences for high end clientele
Growing and managing strategic relationships with key accounts and industry partners
Supporting and assisting the sales team with daily operations
Developing and executing sales initiatives to meet company revenue goals
