Route Merchandiser – Mid-Day Shift

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Mileage Reimbursement
Day Shifts Starting Between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Weekends Required)

The Opportunity
HFA is seeking dependable and self-motivated Merchandisers to support grocery and retail accounts across O‘ahu. In this role, you’ll travel to assigned stores, stock and rotate products, maintain displays, and help ensure shelves stay organized and fully replenished for customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout the day, and building positive relationships with store teams.

Assigned service areas may include:

• Mililani
• Waipio
• Kunia
• Kapolei
• Hawaii Kai

Store accounts may include:

• Costco
• Sam’s Club
• Walmart
• Foodland
• Longs
• Don Quijote
• Target

What You’ll Do

• Stock, rotate, and organize food products on store shelves
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
• Transport products from store backrooms to sales floors
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Assist with promotional displays and merchandising setups
• Use mobile applications for mileage tracking, reporting, counts, and timekeeping
• Work independently while managing assigned routes efficiently
• Maintain strong communication and professionalism throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance required
• Smartphone with internet access required for work applications
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Customer service, merchandising, retail, or stocking experience preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Must currently reside on O‘ahu
