Internship

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking energetic and responsible interns to join our team for the summer! These paid positions offer hands-on experience in daily operations and provide valuable exposure to how our company runs. Internship opportunities are currently available in the following departments: Group Service Center, HDS Foundation, Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources.

Group Service Center

• Documenting Policies & Procedures for the Group Service Center and Service Center.
• Create templates for cleaner recordkeeping and ease of documenting processes.

HDS Foundation

• Update Dentist by One referral sheets for all islands. 
• Support mailout of DB1 referral sheet packets to pediatricians, dentists and community agencies that work with families and pregnant women i.e. WIC.
• Develop HDSF Processing Policies. 
• Move google forms to Mailchimp.

Marketing

• Contribute to content development, copywriting, and graphic design.
• Create printed materials and social media graphics.
• Provide support for marketing events.
• Conduct market research.

Sales and Human Resources

• Provide administrative support to either the Sales and/or Human Resources departments.
• Create and update material and content for company intranet.
• Assist with organizing and updating information - e.g., policies, procedures, and forms (using google forms or any other online platform).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

Education

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.

Experience 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to learn and contribute to a team environment.
